Do not park anywhere that blocks other vehicles from driving through the parking lot.
Townhomes, you may not block access to neighbors' garages by parking in front of your own, should there be a vehicle in the space immediately opposite you.
RESERVE THE COMMUNITY ROOM:
As a courtesy to other residents, limit your reservation to the time you'll be in the space.
Clean up after yourself and remove personal belongings and trash after you are finished. Cleaning and damage fees may be assessed if necessary.
